Old Cottage Playgroup is available to hire for members and non-members. The venue is available for hire on weekends for full days (9:00am - 6:00pm) only.

Old Cottage Playgroup do not supply catering but have full kitchen facilities to enable you to BYO pre-prepared foods or to cook and prepare on-site. All party hire includes use of our outdoor toy shed.

Non Members - $280

A $100 bond is also required when booking. Which is included in the booking prices below.

This will be refunded at the end of the calendar month in which you have booked.
 
*Member hire rates only applicable for full year membership holders who attend weekly playgroup sessions
 
Cancellation of Booking:
All cancellations are subject to a $15 administration fee and the following refund policy:
More than four week’s notice: $100 bond refunded + refund of total hire cost (minus admin fee)
Two to four week’s notice: $100 bond refunded + 50% refund of total hire cost (minus admin fee)
Less than two week’s notice: $100 bond refunded + 25% refund of total hire cost (minus admin fee)
In the event of a late cancellation due to unforeseen emergency, family sickness etc. hirers will have the opportunity to reschedule their party at no additional cost. If the hirer chooses not to reschedule, then the above cancellation/refund terms apply.
